Your new Zelo modular home can be on your site within 8 weeks from the start of the build. We’ll provide you with an updated timeframe when you sign your contract, so you’ll always know what to expect.
The cost of delivery of your new modular home or minor dwelling depends on various factors, such as how far your site is from our manufacturing yard and how accessible your site is. As part of the Feasibility Report (Auckland sites) we will arrange quotes for delivery.
The advertised price includes a fully finished modular house, ready for transport to your site. This price includes all interior fittings and many appliances, ensuring your new home is ready for you to move in and enjoy.
Before the new home arrives on site, your foundations will need to be in place. Power and water connections will need to be available, as well as sewerage discharge. Post installation of the home you may also like to consider exterior decks, access steps, and paths. You can choose from our exterior colour schemes and select from a range of upgrade options. All Zelo homes comply with NZ Healthy Home standards. Fully insulated with great ventilation, you’ll be snug and cosy in your new modular home. We comply with H1 insulation standards and provide a heat pump to ensure coolness in those summer months and warmth in the winter.
Our transportable modular homes come with a suite of comprehensive guarantees, including a 10 Year Weathertightness Guarantee, and a 10 Year Structural Guarantee.
Yes, we can manage your consents if you’re in Auckland — we’ll confirm exactly what’s needed for your site, and what may be required pending further investigation. As part of your free Proposal, our specialist team checks council requirements and shows how your chosen Zelo design will fit. If you’re outside of Auckland, we’ll point you in the right direction of who you’ll need to talk to about consents.
